Day & Night - Art Print

At night, the barn owl on the left is alert, awake and ready for the hunt. The daytime barn owl on the right, seeks refuge, turns inward and rests through the day in a safe hiding spot. This drawing expresses the two sides of ourselves. There will be times when we are strong, confident and can take on the world and at other times, we will need to retreat, go inward to regroup. Life will forever be these moments - alive, focused and alert and then, unsure, fearful and contemplative. The yin and yang of our hearts, up and down, strong and weak, ready or not. When you are down, remember the experience will pass and you'll be back to feeling up again, stronger to cope with the next downturn challenge that'll present itself. Never give up.
